We hop on a discovery call so you can tell me all about your event, vision, concerns, and what you’re hoping to get out of our time together.

After we’ve high-fived and know that we’re a good fit for each other, I build a custom proposal unique to your needs, followed by the contract and invoice for your review.

Once you’ve accepted the proposal, signed the contract, and paid the initial deposit, we do a little happy dance and are all set to start planning the event of your dreams!

  • We work to keep you in the world of doing something about your event and not just dreaming about your event. Simply - we work to execute your vision for the day so that you can enjoy your event and not work your event. We are paid because of our expertise in event flow, timelines, resources, design capabilities, and industry background. Our work is complex and done with passion. Our work avoids costly event pitfalls and unforeseen errors that might go unnoticed.

  • 6-10 weeks is the general rule of thumb to reserve an Event Coordinator for your party or event. For a wedding, you would ideally book an Event Coordinator 8-12 months before you say “I do.”

  • I understand, and I sympathize with budgets. Book a discovery call, and let's discuss the design consultation feature so you can achieve event success and still stay on top of your budget.
